Meditation was the name of the game after the physical exercise class organised by Carole.
The residents have found it very relaxing listening to a special recording assisting them to breath and relax. In fact we are convinced a couple of them were snoring during the session…..and why not!!😁
The morning was a resounding success and will be repeated due to popular demand.
